Gorilla trekking rules
The park has clear rules and regulations that must protect visitors and gorillas at large;
Infectious diseases such as diarrhea and flue are a problem to gorillas, therefore, a visitor with such diseases will not be permitted in the park.
Always view the gorillas at distant in groups rather than surrounding them.
Leave a distance of about 5m from the primates.
Switch off the flash on your Digital camera.
Avoid eating or smoking around the gorillas leaves a distance of about 200m.
When coughing or sneezing, cover your month & move away from the gorillas.
Don’t make fun noises or sounds around the gorillas
Do not litter or spit in the park.
Be time conscious visiting the gorillas is strictly one hour.
People below 15 years are not permitted to track gorillas.
