These are common in East Africa with great populations in Congo, Angola, Zambia, and Uganda. They have little hair on their faces and they radiate a blue appearance most of the times but are not actually blue in color. These primates habitat is mainly in montane, ever green forests, bamboo forests, and also in forest canopy. They live in humid places, with shades and plenty of water.
Their diet is mainly leaves, invertebrates as well as fruits with groups made of 4 to 12 individuals with one male, many females with babies. These can be accessed in Murchison falls national park and Lake Mburo national park with 5 months being their gestation period
